How to request for announcement & posting at Digital Signage TV

Any attachments exceed 2MB, please send them via email to the designated DigIT person in charge, firdaus.zainalabidin@utp.edu.my or nazrinshah.azlan@utp.edu.my.

The standard size is 840 x 718 pixel.

All announcements/notifications must be attached with full details.

(Compulsory) : Date, time, duration, end date, impact & target group.

Any request MUST be made at least within 5 WORKING DAYS before the advertisement upload and will be subjected to approval by DigIT.

DigIT will only process the request based on the endorsed/approved by DigIT Executive.

The attachment MUST be complete in full detail & approved by the respective department.
