How do I place a complaint for PMMD services?

Please lodge your complaint via Unified Customer Service (UCS) by filling in the required info. Among the required info for each request/complain are as follows:

1. Location ( For example Block J3 or Village 1B)
2. Room No (For example Block J3-02-01)
