FIN - Payment to Third Party

1. Why my invoice being rejected?
a) wording "invoice" not clearly state
b) no invoice number
c) invoice number more than 16 characters
d) no invoice date
e) invoice date is future date
f) no or incomplete bank account
g) billing name is other than Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS or Institute of Technology Petronas Sdn Bhd

2. What is the requirement of payment request for individual?
a) IC copy/Passport copy
b) Bank passbook (online screesnhot is acceptable)
c) Approved claim form

3. When is the payment day for third party (vendor and individuals)?
Every Tuesday and Thursday based on payment due date, except for Public Holiday
