Answer Procurement Client Charter for Quotation Committee process is 51 days. However, currently the completion period is around 30days period subject to availability of all relevant Approving Authority
6 Question How long normally it will takes for Tender Committee 2 and 1 to complete its process. i.e from the tender plan until award?
Answer Procurement Client Charter for Tender Committee process is 81 days. However, currently the completion period is around 45 days period subject to availability of all relevant Approving Authority

Answer Yes. You need to prepare and create Purchase Requisition/Shopping either concurrently while the QC/Sitting process in on-going or you may prepare once the tender was concluded and awarded.

Answer The Chairman of Quotation Committee is Senior Director of IRC and the team member is consist of Senior Manager/Manager from various departments.
10 Question Who is the Chairman of Tender Committee 2 and its members?
Answer The Chairman of Tender Committee 2 is the CFO, Alternate Chairman is the Registrar and the team member is consist of Senior Manager from various departments.
