What are the processes that I have to comply before returning to my home country?
There are a few processes for international students to comply before returning to their home country. Below are the lists of the general processes:
a. Request for Transcript and Completion letter from Registration & Examination Unit.
b. Book flight ticket.
c. Attestation
d. Request for Visa cancellation

How can I book my flight ticket?
You can book it from the airline's web page, or you may liaise with any local travelling agency. We much more prefer if the students to book the flight ticket by themselves.

What is attestation?
The attestation is the method of checking the authenticity of a document & declaring its authenticity by attaching it with the sign of the verifying personnel. The process requires the submission of original documents as well as a xerox of the same to authorised employees for verifying and required sign/stamp on the guided area

Do I have to do the attestation?
Yes, but it will depend on the country laws. (Refer to the country embassy).

Is the University providing any services for the attestation process?
Yes, inform and register with ISAS officer one month before your final examination. The university will provide transportation services to all the requested students.

Do the University provide final transportation to the graduating students to go to the airport?
Yes, inform and register with ISAS officer one month before your final examination, preferably for group travelling students. The university will provide transportation services to all the requested students

What if I forgot to inform the officer one month before my flight?
The university will assist you to find any transport based on the availability or will provide the best trip advice from UTP to KLIA.

Do I have to go to the Immigration Office to cancel my Visa?
There is no need for the students to go to the immigration office since Visa Unit of UTP are providing the cancellation Visa service to all graduating students.
