Offer Letter/Appointment letter

  1. Please upload your passport-sized photograph
    • Photo Length - 4.5 cm & width – 3.5 cm
    • With either blue or white background
    • The subject must be facing forward, looking straight at the camera as per the photo below:

  1. The initial Security pass is free; however, the subsequent cards will be charged as follow:
  • Replacement of damaged card is RM30.00
  • RM30 penalty will be imposed on the lost card.
  • The payment (RM30:00) can be made online as below:
  • Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Bank Account No: 8004857910 – CIMB.
  • For reference: Please mention the Staff ID and the title being Payment of Security Pass.
  • Please attach the transaction/bank-in-slip upon settlement of Security Pass through the UCS Portal. 
  • Please proceed to the Security Counter (One Stop Centre), Chancellor Complex for the Security pass arrangement. Counter operation hours are as per below.

  • The process to renew the Security pass will be the same as a new application.
