STUDENT EXIT/CLEARANCE
 

There will be no hardcopy form for Student Exit/Clearance. You are required to lodge a request through UCS portal as follow.

For international students ONLY:
Please proceed to International Student Visa Office (ISVO) to perform Check Out Memo (COM) to cancel your current Student Pass/VISA. 
Once clearance completed for all department, then ARM will close the case.

NOTE: Please log ONE (1) UCS case as per above subject. System will automatically create child case and assigned to department queue.
