STUDENT EXIT CLEARANCE
 

Student who intends to withdraw from studies must submit the Student Exit Clearance through UCS Portal.

 

All graduating students are required to complete the Student Exit Clearance process prior to registering for convocation ceremony and/or graduation documents collection. 

 

There will be no hardcopy form for Student Exit Clearance. You are required to lodge a request through UCS portal as follow.

For international students ONLY:
Please proceed to International Student Office (ISO) to perform Check Out Memo (COM) to cancel your current Student Pass/VISA. 
Once clearance completed for all department, then Registry will close the case.

NOTE: Please log ONE (1) UCS case as per above subject. System will automatically create child case and assigned to department queue.
