Attach files:

  1. REX Request Form (can be download here: REX REQUEST FORM). Please refer to the eligibility documents to request prior fill up the form. 
  2. Proof of Payment


  1. Please clear your outstanding before applying any of document requested.
  2. Download and fill in the form.
  3. Make payment via online banking to:

  1. Processing period: Five (5) working days
  2. During MCO period,

               - Registration & Examination Department (REX) counter will be temporarily closed.
               - Only softcopy of the document(s) will be issued.
               - Collection of document(s) through REX counter is currently put on hold.
               - Local & International courier for document(s) is not available.

  1.  Official academic transcript and degree certificate can only be issued after convocation, thus for students who have yet to attend convocation, please apply for partial transcript to avoid extra payment.
