1. What is eBeliaRahmah initiative?
eBeliaRahmah is a government initiative announced in Belanjawan 2023 under the purview of Ministry of Finance to support young Malaysians by giving RM200 to claim with participating e-wallet.
2. Who is eligible for eBeliaRahmah?
The eligibility criteria for eBeliaRahmah programme are:
a. Malaysian citizens
b. Full Time UTP students (active as of 30 April 2023)
3. I will be enrol as a full-time student at UTP by end of this year, do I qualify for the programme?
Only those who have registered as a full-time UTP student latest by 30 April 2023 are qualify for the e-wallet credit.
4. I was a full-time student but already graduated from UTP before the programme starts, do I qualify for the eBeliaRahmah credit?
No, a full-time student had graduated in calendar year 2022 does not qualify to claim for the e-wallet credit. In order to qualify, a full-time student who has graduated must still be enrolled and have an active status as at 1 January 2023.
5. When does the programme start and what is the duration of the programme?
The claim period for the eBeliaRahmah credit is from 26 June 2023, 8.00 a.m. until 22 August 2023,11.59 p.m.
6. Is there any expiry for the RM200 eBeliaRahmah?
Any eBeliaRahmah credit balance unused after 11.59 p.m. on 31st August 2023 will expire and will be automatically removed from your e-wallet balance.
7. Which e-wallet service providers can I claim this initiative from?
The e-wallet service providers participating this programme are:
a. Boost;
b. Setel; and
c. Touch ‘n Go eWallet
8. Why am I not getting through?
Kindly contact your chosen e-wallet directly for further clarification. Below are the details:

c. Touch ‘n Go eWallet: https://support.tngdigital.com.my/hc/en-my
Note: Eligible recipients can only claim the eBeliaRahmah credit once from one (1) e-wallet service provider of their choice.
9. I have met the two aforementioned criteria for eBeliaRahmah, however I have been rejected due to the student status.
