You can request confirmation of a student's qualification or enrolment details, subject to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 & Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS’s privacy policy, if you're a:
• Background Screening Company
• Government organisation
• Potential employer
• Educational institution
2. What type of documents required for this purpose?
Your request must include a student's signed authorisation to release information to you. We will revert to you within three (3) working days.
3. How can I request for education verification?
Please provide the following information to Ms Syazwani (syazwani.sulaiman@utp.edu.my) for verification purpose.
Student’s details: Student name, Matric No, Degree awarded
Please attach: Consent letter signed by the student & copy of student’s transcript and certificate
