Dependent Pass
1. Can I bring my family and apply for dependent pass?

- Husband/Wife
- Children
- Parent and Parents-in-Law
2. What is the procedure?
UTP do not provide any services for the dependent pass application. Student needs to apply directly with Ipoh State Immigration Department.
3. Do you have Immigration form for the dependent application?
Please refer Dependent Immigration Form. However, you may liaise directly with Ipoh State Immigration Department for the latest version of the form.
4. Is there any cost involved?
The table below is only an estimation cost based on the EMGS Website under Dependent Pass category. It may vary as you can eliminate the EMGS processing fee as you are the one in charge for the process. Please refer to Ipoh State Immigration Department for the actual prices.

For student who is planning to bring his / her dependents, you must ensure that you have a minimum of RM10,000.00 in your account (Malaysian Bank) for 3 consecutive months.
