1. Where can I collect my Insurance Card?
The Insurance Card is managed by Student Support & Welfare, Student Affairs Department.
Your Insurance Card is usually available approximately one (1) month after your Student Pass has been issued.
You may collect the card at:

Important Note
If your Student Pass has been issued for more than one (1) month and you have not received your Insurance Card, please contact Student Support & Welfare, Student Affairs Department for further assistance.
