Please be informed UTP education Learning Management System (ULearn & ULearnX) are using single sign-on to access the system (USE same UTP ID & Password to access difference system - Ucampus/ ULearn /WIFI/365 office etc).
1. Please try access to the system by using information that you have.
Username: UTP ID username (e.g. ali.ahmad@utp.edu.my)
Password: UTP ID Password (current UTP ID password)
2. ** Please close and clean all browser history then try login again.
3. If you unable to access please reset / recovery your Password via: https://netid.utp.edu.my/
Password changes may take up to 30 minutes to take effect.
Kindly contact 1-300-228-887 or lodge a case via UTP Unified Customer Services (UCS) for assistance.
Note: Once reset the password will be effect to ULearn, UCampus, Email Outlook, Celcom Wi-Fi.
