1. What is an Acknowledgement Letter?
 

Acknowledgement Letter is proof of your studies at the University and can only be obtained if you are currently a registered student. It is also known as IPT verification letter, confirmation letter and Surat Pengesahan Belajar.

 

 

2. What is the purpose of requesting an Acknowledgement Letter?
 

Acknowledgement Letter can be used for opening bank account, internship application and train discount card.

 

 

3. How can I request for Acknowledgement Letter?
 

• To request an Acknowledgement Letter, kindly login into UCampus, go to “My Details/Studies” tab. Click on “Request for Acknowledgement Letter”, fill in the Purpose, preview the letter and tick the disclaimer box. Once confirmed, click “Generate” to download the Acknowledgement Letter.
 
For Turkmenistan students, please specify whether the duration of study to be included Foundation study or not.

 

Effective February 2026, the charges for the hardcopy acknowledgement letter are as follows:

 

Local: RM5
International (inclusive of 6% SST): RM5.30

 

No fee will be charged for the softcopy of acknowledgement letter.
