The Acknowledgement Letter is an official letter issued by Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) to verify a student's enrolment status and study information. The letter is commonly required by banks, immigration authorities, military offices, government agencies, and other organizations in Turkmenistan. 

 

Step 1: Submit a Request 

Please log a case through the UCS Portal under subject “Registry”.

 

Step 2: Provide the following Information

Specify the exact recipient/organization to whom the letter will be addressed.

Important: The letter must be addressed to a specific organization. Requests for "To Whom It May Concern" will not be entertained. 

 

Step 3: Payment for Hardcopy Letter

 

Effective February 2026, the charges for hardcopy acknowledgement letters are as follows:
